Hidden cameras recovered from washroom of girls hostel, videos sold in bazaar


 Videos taken from a hidden camera installed in the washroom of the college students started being sold in the markets.

According to Indian media reports, a shocking incident has emerged from an engineering college in the state of Andhra Pradesh where hidden cameras were found in the washroom of the women's hostel.

According to the report, the incident which took place at Gudlavalliro Engineering College in Krishnan district of Andhra Pradesh has led to strong protests by students and the local community.

According to Zee News, a group of female students discovered a hidden camera in their washroom yesterday evening, following which there was a ruckus in the college.

The slogans of "We want justice" were raised by the Indian students and they are demanding answers and accountability.

According to Indian media, more than 300 photos and videos were leaked from the washroom of the women's hostel, some people have even bought these videos.

After the incident, the police arrested a senior student named Vijay Kumar from the boys hostel of Gudlavallero Engineering College and seized his laptop and mobile, but the investigators have not yet found any leaked video.

Gudlavallero sub-inspector Satyanarayana said that no hidden cameras have been found in the premises so far, further investigation into the matter is underway, the report said. Strict action will be taken against the accused.
